FAQ

  • Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is extremely important. All information you share is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Rest assured, I do not collect sensitive information like your ID or Social Security Number. You will fill out that information yourself when mailing off your dispute letters.
  • Can you guarantee specific results?
No, I cannot guarantee specific results. Every credit report is unique, and outcomes vary based on individual situations. I dispute according to what’s reflected on your credit report, as no two reports are the same. My advice is based on my experience and education, and I strive to give you the best tips and strategies possible. However, results can take anywhere from 1 to 7 months—or longer—depending on how complex your credit situation is.
  • What services do you provide?
I prepare and customize dispute letters based on the details of your credit report and offer tailored, expert advice. I’m not personally responsible for deleting items from your credit report—the credit bureaus handle that. My role is to create documents, give you credit advice, and guide you through the process, but you are responsible for mailing the letters yourself.
  • Is credit repair illegal?
No, credit repair is not illegal. You have the right under the law to dispute any items on your credit report that you believe are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. There’s no need to be concerned about exercising this right, and it’s a legal way to challenge your credit report.
  • How long does the credit repair process take?
Results can vary depending on the complexity of your credit report. Some clients may see improvements in as little as 1 month, while others may take 7 months or longer. It all depends on your individual credit situation, so patience is key.
  • Are the videos on social media part of the service?
The videos and content on my social media platforms are for educational purposes only. They reflect my personal knowledge and experience in credit repair. While these tips are helpful, they are not specific to any one person’s situation.
